The collection and the exhibition
A large part of the objects of the house-Museum was saved from the earthquakes of 1953 and was brought here from the family palace and the collections of the ancestor/adenatos Yannis Ger.Stefanato-Mordocco and of the Nicola P.Cavalieratos and Tokkas family with objects and furniture from the 1750 up to 1953.
The exhibition
The museum displays the final arrangement and decoration of the houses ‘interior spaces, as they evolved over the past two-and-a half centuries.
